One Must Suffer to be Beautiful
Candice refused her transfer and approached her boss. She is investigating the murder of Karim Berkaoui, an internet sports coach found dead at home. For two months, the young man, well in every way, in a relationship and in love, was in contact with a dealer. On the side of his children, Jules has integrated the hotel school, Emma just made a meeting and the twins take their autonomy. Everything seems to smile to Candice, but that's without counting on the return of Antoine Dumas.
Revenge is a dish best served cold
Revenge is a Dish Best Served Cold - Candice and her team are called to a new and unusual crime scene. In an amusement park dedicated to dinosaurs, a young seasonal employee was found shattered head under a skeleton of T. rex in full size. Candice discovers the murder weapon not far from the body: a dinosaur egg mold. Antoine, now commissioner, is furious: the investigator did not inform him of the arrival of Franck Davenne, a new recruit who does not leave the team indifferent.
He who laughs last laughs the longest
It all begins with the murder of Pierre Rossi, 60, a car collector whose relatives confirm that he had recently been seduced by a blonde, beautiful, funny, exuberant young woman called... Candice Renoir. How do you prove that you are a victim of identity theft, even when you are a cop? A crisis of confidence settles in the group and it is quite a challenge that awaits Candice.
To lie that comes from afar
A very handsome young African man is found drowned after being tied up. A visit to his widow, and Candice directs the investigation into the world of female sex tourism. A dangerous terrain, even if romance and sincere feelings are sometimes at the rendezvous. Antoine, overwhelmed, finds himself forced to take his 18-month-old daughter to the police station.
The dog is man's best friend
A morning jogger discovers the body of a young woman on a country lane. At his side, a purebred dog stands guard. The Renoir group discovers that the victim practiced an original hobby: agility contests, a kind of canine jumping, from which she and her dog often emerged. Here is Candice forced to infiltrate the victim's club, accompanied by Fun her beloved dog who does not know how to do anything.
This is the straw that breaks the camel's back
Saturday morning. Candice accompanies her son Leo who lied to her: He claimed to have a DST while he is stuck because he is involved in a fight with other students. What is he hiding from her? This weekend is off to a decidedly bad start. But when she arrived, at Leo's high school, almost deserted, Candice did not imagine how horrible he would be... A hostage situation in high school, the only response from a mother made mad with anguish by the harassment of which her son is a victim.
The road to hell is paved with good intentions
The tragic death of Franck Davenne is a shock for Candice's group and especially for Antoine who thought he was losing her... Paul Périer, the psychologist on duty, decides for the good of everyone and everyone in particular to subject them to group therapy. It is still necessary to convince them and especially to bring them together far from the BSU, in a place conducive to letting go.

The body of an 18-year-old man is found in the early morning in an alley of Sète. Traces of struggles on the body, he was strangled, no traces of DNA on him. His Foreign Legion identity card is found: it is Arnaud Terrasson, of Swiss nationality. A legionnaire in perm' killed following an alcoholic fight? Problem, the Swiss police are formal: this young man does not exist!

A whole family has disappeared! The passage to luminol, then DNA tests reveal important traces of blood belonging to each of its members. Is it a quadruple murder of family origin, a case of all-consuming jealousy as in the Flactif case, or another track, perhaps less macabre? Candice Renoir launches into the investigation.
