Blinds End and Battles Begin

The blind auditions wrap up, as each coach fights for the best artists to complete their teams of 12. The second hour begins with the battle rounds. Christina Aguilera teams up with Patti Labelle, Adam Levine with Tori Kelly, Blake Shelton with Gwen Stefani, and Pharrell Williams with Sean “Diddy” Combs aka Puff Daddy. In this phase, the coaches pit two of their own team members against each other in a dueling duet. After the vocal face-off, each coach must choose which artist from their team is the strongest, and has the option of stealing losing artists from an opposing coach. Each coach has two steals during the battle rounds where their artists will proceed to the knockout rounds.

The Battles Premiere, Part 2

The battle rounds begin and the coaches enlist the help of the music industry's top recording artists to offer their knowledge and skills as advisors. Christina Aguilera teams up with Patti Labelle, Adam Levine with Tori Kelly, Blake Shelton with Gwen Stefani and Pharrell Williams with Sean "Diddy" Combs aka Puff Daddy. In this phase, the coaches pit two of their own team members against each other in a dueling duet. The Knockouts Premiere

The knockout rounds begin with coaches Christina Aguilera, Adam Levine, Blake Shelton, and Pharrell Williams' strongest team members remaining from the battle rounds. The artists are paired against a teammate once more, but this time they each select their own song to perform individually, while their direct competitor watches and waits. Music phenomenon Miley Cyrus serves as a key adviser and is on hand to work with all of the coaches and their teams as they prepare the artists for this challenge. The coaches alone choose the winner from their team to move on to the live shows and the artist not selected is available to be stolen by another coach.

Ariana Grande performs “Into You” from her “Dangerous Woman” album, Grammy Award-winning country group Little Big Town performs their original new song “One of Those Days,” Coach Blake Shelton will sing “She’s Got a Way With Words,” five-time Grammy Award-nominee Sia will sing “Cheap Thrills” from her new album “This Is Acting,” and ZAYN performs his hit single “Like I Would.” Grammy Award-winning and legendary recording artists CeeLo Green, Alison Krauss, Jennifer Nettles, and Joe Walsh performs duets with the Final 4. This season’s fan-favorite artists will also return to perform. Christina Aguilera, Adam Levine, Blake Shelton, and Pharrell Williams star as the celebrity panel of coaches.
