Kindness of Strangers
The race sets off for a new global adventure as Teams depart for Taipei, Taiwan. Plus, one team's position in the game is put in serious jeopardy when they lose their passport less than an hour into the Race.
The Sprint of Our Life
The teams depart from the National Revolutionary Martyrs' Shrine in Taipei, Taiwan, and travel to Yogyakarta, Indonesia with the knowledge that a double-elimination awaits at the Pit Stop. A Roadblock makes racers spelunk into Goa Jomblang to find a mask and dagger to trade for the next clue, which Bill and Cathi have to await to do when confronted with their Speed Bump. The Detour gives everyone a choice to either "Shake Their Money Maker" by dancing and playing music in the streets for donations, or "Be a Ticket Taker" by parking rider's motorbikes. However, following directions when giving their earnings to an orphanage in exchange for the Pit Stop proves tricky for most, leading to a scramble to check in at Kraton Ngayogyakarta Hadiningrat.
Don't Lay Down On Me Now
The nine remaining teams depart from the Kraton Palace in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. One Team is stranded in Indonesia as they watch their competition race by, and two Teams join forces to push through a mind-numbing mental challenge.
This Is Gonna Be a Fine Mess
Teams struggle with an underwater challenge which threatens their positions in the game, and one team's love for the outdoors comes in handy during a tough climbing challenge.
I Feel Like I'm In the Circus
Fearing they have broken the rules, one team takes a risk that could cost them the Race. Meanwhile, an unwanted speed bump turns into a dream excursion for Liz and Marie, but will it push them even farther back.
We Love Your Country Already - It Is Very Spacious
After falling to the back of the pack, a disheartened racer is encouraged by the spirit of the local workers, and it’s an intense foot race to the first-ever Pit Stop in Malawi.
Move Goat
Teams race through Malawi where a puzzling patriotic Roadblock causes one team to fall behind. Also, with a Double U-Turn on the line, teams must choose whether to sabotage their fellow Racers for a chance at first place.
Super Shady
The Race travels to Copenhagen for the first time, where one Racer learns the meaning of two left feet and a double U-turn jeopardizes team positions in the Race.
It's Speedo Time
After a potentially game-changing error, one team hopes for a lucky break, and donning only a Speedo for their Detour task, Racers get in touch with their inner exhibitionists.
Release the Brake!
Racers put the pedal to the metal and shift into high gear when they take a thrilling test drive, and results are far from sweet when teams also try to recreate classic Belgian waffles.
We Are Charlie Chaplin
The final four teams make their way to Panama City, where they come face-to-face with their fears as they take in astonishing views of the city skyline.
Go Out and Get It Done
After racing through 4 continents, 20 cities and nearly 40,000 miles, the final three teams race to Atlanta, Georgia, where a smooth landing evades one team as their competition soars. In the end, the winning team is crowned and awarded the $1 million dollar prize.
