Back in Black
Six months into the future, Rex learns that Black Knight became the head of Providence after White Knight went against the orders of his superiors the Directorate. During this time-skip, Providence has adopted a new method of dealing with captured E.V.O.S. Instead of researching the incurable creatures, they now use a machine to brainwash them into servitude.
Crash and Burn
Rex is caught up in underground motorcycle racing. Additionally, Rex learns how to create and use two builds at once to defeat the biker racer, Valve.

A one hour crossover episode between Ben 10: Ultimate Alien and Generator Rex in which Ben Tennyson accidentally travels to Rex Salazar's dimension. After quarrels with each other, the two finally work together to stop a threat once created by Rex's brother, Caesar, the Alpha Nanite (Michael Emerson).

Van Kleiss' travels through time are recounted as he returns to the present with something on his tail.

Circe behaves strangely after joining Rex and the gang at the Plant.

Rex inherits a farm in South America and invites his friends to explore it with him.

The Jungle Cat E.V.O. returns and helps Rex and Agent Six attempt to find and take out Black Knight's bosses in the Consortium.

Rex becomes a security guard of a music band called the Trendbenders. He has to protect them from an obsessed fan who was angry at the change in the band.

Black Knight attacks the Providence Defect Team and takes a Master Control Nanite out of Rex, allowing her to use Rex's powers.

Rex must risk losing his memory and resort to his last line of defense to defeat the Consortium. But will it be enough?
