Eagle Two
The team have to protect some VIPs, only to find they have a kidnapping on their hands and limited time to rescue the victim.
Backwards Day
A married couple has been trying to get pregnant for 8 long years and it's taken its toll on them and their marriage. The wife now suspects the husband is having an affair with an attractive lady reporter. She kidnaps the reporter and holds her hostage at knifepoint. SRU is called in to defuse the situation. Sam and Jules continue to conceal their relationship but have second thoughts about moving forward.
Haunting The Barn
A former SRU veteran turns up at headquarters and holes himself up in a safe room where he intends to commit suicide. He diverts the team with a false bomb threat and gets them to abandon the station. Ed gets wind of the suicide attempt and having trained under this veteran for many years, he is able to talk him down and out of the room.
Between Heartbeats
SRU has to deal with a sniper that has taken over City Hall, who just happens to be the son of a man Ed killed during a mission. Meanwhile, a team member's health is in question after being caught in the line of fire.
Business as Usual
When three men take the CEO of a mortgage company hostage, the SRU team is called to the scene to diffuse the situation. Jules recovers from being shot and the team reluctantly looks at recruits to fill her spot
The Fortress
When the SRU is called to the scene of an upper class household where four hostages are being held, they discover that the hostage taker is actually the boyfriend of the family's nanny.
Clean Hands
The SRU must decide how to respond against a colleague after discovering a federal agent they're working with during the transport of a serial killer is sabotaging their mission.

A teen takes out his anger over a friend moving too far away.

A couple kidnaps the baby they gave up for adoption.

The SRU is called in when a bank employee whose wife is being held captive hacks into the computer system to steal money to pay off her captors.

The team must diffuse a volatile situation when a student pushed to the limit by bullies bring a gun to school.

The team must track down a young woman dying of a brain disease when she and her finacé go on a crime spree.
Exit Wounds
The SRU team is deployed to a hospital to end a stand-off between gang members and a man trying to protect his wounded brother.
One Wrong Move
A wave of terrorist bombs shuts down the city, pushing Team One to the limit and putting one of their own on the line.

The SRU unit must rescue a woman from a delusional man who insists she is his missing daughter.
Just a Man
Model prisoner Anton Burrows is up for parole but is denied when the victim’s family, the Amiris, speaks against him. Moments later, a ruthless gang incites a riot at Langstaff Maximum Security and takes the Amiris hostage. The SRU are called in and Ed is surprised to find an old friend acting as riot spokesman. Investigation leads the team to suspect the gang is plotting a break, but they discover the gang’s true agenda is much worse.

The SRU respond when a distraught man takes a lawyer at gunpoint.

After hearing on the radio that a talk show host is holding a prominent politician hostage, seeking revenge for a murder he thinks the man committed years ago, the SRU team races to the station to talk the host out of killing him on the air.

The SRU are called in to resolve a gas station robbery but discover it’s connected to a deadly crisis on a cult compound.

Parker is lured into a trap and confronted with a deadly choice: reveal a dark secret from his past or lose his life.
