The movie starts with Ran having a nightmare about her mother getting shot and killed. Though in order to bring the killer down...Kogoro shot Eri (Ran's mother). Now ten years later, Murakami Jo has been released from prison serving his time....and looking for revenge. Movie 03: The Last Wizard of the Century

Movie 04: Captured in Her Eyes

Police officers are targeted and killed by an unknown person. Thinking the suspect is related with the police force, they're keeping quiet about the situation. Though when officer Satou keiji is injured by this killer, Ran is the only eye wittiness. Suffering from traumatic shock, she loses her memory of everything in her life. As a result, the killer now knows that Ran has seen his/her face, he/she must get rid of the sole eye witness. Conan must find the murderer while protecting his identity.

Movie 05: Countdown to Heaven

The opening ceremony for the new Twin-Tower building in Nishitamashi City is about to happen. With 75 floors, the towers seem to reach the heavens when seen from below. Conan and the others see the towers on their way to a camping trip and decide to stop by. They soon meet up with Ran, Sonoko and Kogorou coincidentally. The president of the Tokiwa Group, Tokiwa Mio, knows Kogoro from college and planned on showing him around before the public opening. While on the 75th floor, where the party is taking place, Conan overhears a couple of workers discussing an unusual car that was seen parked in front of the building: a black Porsche 356A! The same type Gin of the Black Organisation is driving. Later that night a murder happens in the building and as so often Conan will be trying to solve the puzzle of finding the culprit and getting to know what role the Organisation is playing this time.

Movie 07: Crossroad in the Ancient Capital

Under the cover of darkness, a masked samurai murders five men across the metropolis of Japan: three in Tokyo, one in Osaka, and the last in Kyoto. In their investigation, the police learn that each man was a member of the Genjibotaru—a thieves gang centered on the theft of Buddhist statues and artifacts and who go by the names of Minomoto no Yoshitune's servants. Having received an anonymous letter containing a peculiar puzzle, the temple monks ask for his assistance in solving it to recover their long lost statue. Meanwhile, Conan Edogawa and high school detective Heiji Hattori team up in order to solve the cryptic puzzle and find the murderer, as Hattori searches for his childhood love. With Hattori's knowledge of Kyoto, the two scour the streets and gradually discover the truth.

Lupin III vs Detective Conan

Lupin III vs Detective Conan (ルパン三世VS名探偵コナン) is a crossover work of Lupin III and Detective Conan (aka Case Closed): Something is rotten in the Kingdom of Vespania. Queen Sakura and her son Prince Gill have died in a suspicious hunting accident. Such shocking tragedy become widespread on the news around the world. Of course, it even couldn't escape from the ears of Arsène Lupin III and Conan Edogawa either. The death of Queen Sakura and Prince Gill means that her first daughter, Princess Mira, is next to take the throne, but she refuses to do so since she hears the tragic news. Meanwhile, during Princess Mira's visit in Sakura Saku Hotel in Japan, Conan Edogawa and Ran Mouri get involved in an intriguing incident. Conan Edogawa discovers that someone is after Princess Mira and tries to poison her. Also, when Princess Mira tries to escape from her bodyguard, she runs into Ran Mouri, who so coincidentally resembles her. Mira wants to be free for one day, and Ran wants to become a princess. Therefore, they exchange clothes in order to realize their respective desires. Also, Lupin plans to steal the Queen's Crown in Vespania, which gets the attention of Inspector Koichi Zenigata of Interpol. Duke Keith of Vespania decides to conceal the news of missing Mira, and taken Ran Mouri back to Vespania as Mira's double. When Conan Edogawa hears about the news, he sneaks aboard Vespania's royal jet plane, and follows Ran Mouri, in order to find out the truth. He soon discovers that the death of Queen Sakura and Prince Gill has been no accident at all.

In this town a legend exists, claiming that a gigantic bull-headed shrike attacks the townspeople and kills them. The town was about to hold a festival in 3 days to put the giant bird's spirit to rest. While being led on a tour of the bull-headed shrike Shrine by Sonoko's parent's friend, Mr. Wakura, a crime related to the legend occurs. Starting with Kosaka, member of the Wakura family are slowly murdered in the same way...

Aoyama Short Stories 1 - Wait For Me

Yutaka Takai is a brilliant 15 year old high school inventor who is tired of being referred to as young and small. His older girlfriend, Mamiko Abe, attempts to cheer him up but with no luck. Yutaka requests for Mamiko to meet him on top of the school one night and shows off a jet pack he had demonstrated earlier at school that day. Yutaka explains that it is not just a jet pack, but a time machine as well. Yutaka wants to travel in time to where he's better suited for Mamiko and not young or small. While Yutaka isn't paying attention, Mamiko takes the time machine and uses it on herself, jumping off the school building and telling Yutaka to "Wait for me". Yutaka is dismayed by Mamiko's disappearance and frightened when he discovers everyone in town is beginning to forget Mamiko ever existed.

Depressed, Keisuke goes for a ride on his motorcycle only to crash into two gentlemen, one of which is carrying a gun. During the collision Keisuke's telecard and a man named Gray's card fall out onto the street. Gray accidentally grabs Keisuke's telecard by mistake, thinking it's his own card, while Keisuke ends up grabbing the other card. Gray tells Keisuke to forget what he's seen and gives him an alcoholic drink as compensation. It isn't until later that Gray discovers Keisuke grabbed his card, which is the activation key for a weaponized satellite system.

The day when the police academy students graduate has come. After Rei, Hiro, and Matsuda have returned from the convenience store, they met Hagiwara and Date, who have been searching for them because the ceremony is starting soon. The five of them encountered Sato and Yumi, who were admiring the Mazda RX-7 that was parked near the gate. Matsuda warned the girls not to touch the car. Rei then asked if Sato and Yumi are interested in the police and suggested that they should watch the graduation ceremony. Back to the present, Amuro is working at Café Poirot, recalling some wise words from his friends and their deaths while doing things. While cooking, he remembers Hiro. While calming down two customers, he remembers Date. While giving advice to Azusa who got hurt, he remembers Matsuda. Later that night, he receives a message from Rum, so he decides to take a leave. When he sees his car, he remembers Hagiwara.

Detective Detective Conan: The Million-Dollar Five Guiding Stars

A notice from Kaito Kid arrived at the repository of the Onoe Zaibatsu in Hakodate, Hokkaido. This time, Kid is aiming for a Japanese sword which is said to be related to Toshizo Hijikata, the vice commander of Shinsengumi, who lived in the end of Edo period. Why does Kid, who has pursued Big Jewel, go after the sword? Meanwhile, Heiji Hattori, the great detective from the west, and Conan, also visited the site for a Kendo tournament to be held in Hakodate. On the day of the crime announcement, Heiji discovers Kid’s disguise and hunts him down…!? At the same time, the body with a cross cut on the chest was found in Hakodate warehouse district. A Japanese-American man known as the “Merchant of Death” who works as an arms dealer throughout Asia has emerged from the investigation. He was looking for treasures believed to have been hidden somewhere in Hakodate by the first head of the Onoe family, who was heavily involved in the war industry during the World War II. Rumor has it that it is such a powerful weapon that it could change the war situation that Japan was losing at the time, and the treasure and the sword Kid is aiming at seem to have something kind of connection. The shadow of a mysterious swordsman looms over Kid who is aiming at the sword.

Professor Agasa has created a computer program that can give you the identity of anyone in the world. He decides to use it to figure out who Kaitou Kid is. Before he does, the program gives him a history of the Kid. It also tries to find out the boss' identity, but eventually failed because of his forbidden area. When he is about to finally figure out who Kid is, Kid appears on the computer screen, announcing he has hacked the program.
