Battlestar Galactica: The Miniseries (1)
Forty years after the end of the Cylon War, the artificially-created Cylons declare war on humanity by attacking and destroying the twelve colonies. The military crumbles after their newly updated ships shut down in the face of a new unknown Cylon weapon. A lone Battlestar, Galactica, due to be decomissioned and converted into a museum, turns out to be the only thing standing between the Cylons and the total destruction of the human race.

The Story So Far
Battlestar Galactica: The Story So Far is a special program aired on the Sci Fi Channel that summarizes the first 2 seasons of the Re-imagined Series. The special was intended to attract new viewers and offers no new content for frequent viewers of the series. Narrated by actress Mary McDonnell (voicing the narration in her character of Laura Roslin), The Story So Far ignored several supporting and significant story arcs and character developments in the interest of the program's limited 43 minute air time.
Razor (1)
This episode takes us back to the time when Lee Adama was commanding the Pegasus. We are introduced to Kendra Shaw, acting 2nd in command on the Pegasus. 1 raptor has gone missing and a rescue mission is launched to recover it. We see Kendra's arrival on the Pegasus just before the first cylon attack and her rise through the ranks in the aftermath of the attack. She had to make tough descisions to ensure the survival of the BSG, following Admiral Cain's lead.
Razor (2)
A continuation of Razor, with a focus on Kendra Shaws point of view. The search and rescue mission changes when the crew discovers an old Cylon ship with the first version of the humanoid cylons onboard. The story is told in flashbacks, taking us back to the days when the Pegasus was flying solo, and even back to the first Cylon war.

The first Cylon war has been raging for 10 years and a young Ensign William Adama joins the fleet. He's disappointed not to be assigned to a fighter but to a freighter. His co-pilot, Lt. Coker Fasjovic, isn't too keen on having a rookie flying his aircraft as he has only a short time before he again becomes a civilian. Their cargo is a civilian scientist, Dr. Becca Kelly, but they no sooner leave than she has new orders for them and a new destination. She is less than forthcoming about just what her secret mission is but Adama is keen, particularly as it involves going into Cylon controlled space. Nothing is as it seems however.

After forty years of armistice, the Cylons attacks the Twelve Colonies of Kobol. Their strategy: a virus implanted into the mankind defense system. The former Battlestar Galactica, which is being adapted into a museum, is not connected with the defense system and becomes the only warship capable of fighting against the Cylons in the hopes of leading the survivors to planet 'Earth'.
