Taiwan’s presidential election descends into chaos when a polling station bombing shakes the nation—casting a dark cloud over the outcome. In the months-long power vacuum that follows, a Chinese Yun-8 reconnaissance aircraft crosses the South China Sea... and vanishes off Taiwan’s eastern coast. Beijing responds. Under the pretext of a search-and-rescue mission, waves of Chinese naval and air forces flood the region—encircling Taiwan’s waters. The countdown to the PLA’s “Zero Day” invasion has begun. As war looms, unrest erupts across the island. Two presidents—one incoming, one outgoing—find themselves locked in a deadly game of power, caught between rising anti-war protests and the shadow of red infiltration.
