The Sea Beyond Season 2 (2021)

Carmine is suspended between life and death, but Nina doesn't give up, convinced that to have a future you have to create one. Massimo, crushed by a sense of guilt, decides to leave his post as commander and Paola finds herself alone to face the boys.

Sasà, a good boy from Naples, enters the institute for an undisclosed crime. He becomes a new target. Naditza is about to go out and Filippo convinces her parents to host her in Milan.

Carmine is devastated, he is convinced that the Vallettas killed Nina. Massimo and Paola try to stay close to him. Naditza goes out and, without her parents' knowledge, she is given into foster care by Filippo's family, waiting for him to be transferred to Milan. Cardiotrap gets closer and closer to Gemma. Lino is lured by the rich and charming mother of Sasà, the boy from the wealthy Naples. Kubra joins the IPM, her mother is African and she is a first generation Italian.

The magistrate arranges for Carmine to return to the institution, but the boy does not want her daughter to be a Di Salvo and entrusts her to Nina's mother. His family is at war with the Riccis. For Filippo comes the transfer to Milan where Nad awaits him. To greet him, Beppe organizes a concert where Cardio sings the pieces written with Gemma. Pino is attracted to Kubra, but the girl is hostile towards everyone. Carmine puts himself in danger and Filippo refuses the transfer to Milan, betraying the agreement with Nad.

We discover that Beppe had a relationship with a black girl, Latifah, in the past. Kubra takes him back to those days. Nad feels rejected by Philip. Cardiotrap receives good news: his father has organized his first concert. Massimo resumes his position as commander to stay close to Carmine and find out who killed Nina. Pino suggests that the killers may have followed Filippo to find out where Carmine was. Massimo controls the cameras outside the IPM.

Paola manages to get custody of little Futura. Edo and his family discover that Sasà is in prison for rape and they give him no peace. To protect her son, Luisa deceives Lino. To protect Silvia, Kubra ends up in solitary confinement and Beppe manages to extract shocking confidences from her. Edoardo's anger grows because Teresa has disappeared. Nad in Milan receives a very unwelcome visit. Massimo's investigations lead to a conclusion that he never wanted to know.

Massimo, after discovering that Nina's killer is in the IPM, decides to do his own thing and puts the alleged culprits in solitary confinement to try to discover the truth. Carmine suspects something and is increasingly agitated while Filippo has other thoughts: Naditza has returned to the institute and is very angry with him, will he be able to win her back? Meanwhile, Beppe discovers an important truth about his past.

Massimo continues his investigation and discovers who is responsible for Nina's murder but in the meantime he has to deal with a sudden family crisis. Carmine and Filippo try to understand who could be the culprit while peace seems to return between Filippo and Nad but a reckless action by Pino calls everything into question. Meanwhile, between Kubra and Pino, approach tests. An important concert arrives for Cardiotrap thanks to her father, but she will discover that she cannot trust him.

Carmine understands who is guilty of the murder and gets a weapon to kill him while the memory of Nina torments him. Filippo tries to clarify with Naditza. Edoardo goes out on leave for his son's baptism, but first goes to visit Teresa who he sees in the company of another boy. Sasà finds himself reflecting on his crime while Lino is close to him. Viola continues her attempt to get Gemma closer to her old boyfriend.

Carmine devises a plan with Pino's help to get Pirucchio out of isolation. Filippo realizes what is happening and repudiates Carmine as a friend to shake him from his intentions of revenge. Gemma reads the letter that Fabio sent her and fights with her feelings for him. Filippo and Naditza are increasingly distant because the girl has agreed to marry one of her cousins. Enter IPM Mimmo, Edoardo's friend who has the task of making him escape.

Carmine, face to face with Pirucchio, has a crisis of conscience and is unable to kill him. Meanwhile Massimo discovers that he is not the real culprit. Filippo and Carmine decide to escape using the plan organized for Edoardo but they don't know that Wanda Di Salvo is behind the plan who wants to kill Edoardo. Now my life is in danger.

Filippo and Carmine, after having escaped the execution intended for Edoardo, rush to stop Naditza's wedding. Rosa, Ciro's sister, enters prison and reveals to Edoardo that Mimmo is a scoundrel who she betrayed. The girl threatens Carmine who in the meantime has returned to IPM. Cardiotrap, having learned that Gemma has seen Fabio, runs to the boy determined to end that relationship once and for all. Between Kubra and Pino the bells of love ring louder and louder.
